Cancellations

I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.  When you book an appointment, that time is reserved for you exclusively. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the cost of the booked service, payable at the time of your next treatment.

 

 

'No Shows'

"NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. The account must be settled before any further bookings can be made.

Deposits

For any treatments over £50 I ask for a 50% deposit payable by BACS, Cash or Paypal

Medical Information

On your first visit I will ask you to complete a consultation form in order to advise you on the correct treatments. Please make me aware of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your treatment at the time of booking.  To ensure clients' safety when carrying out certain treatments, doctor’s approval will be required for those with Circulatory Conditions, High Blood Pressure, Epilepsy, Autoimmune Diseases, Diabetes, Neuropathy or Cancer. 

 

 

Children

I ask that any young children attending the appointment are able to sit still on the chair provided.  I have a lot of equipment - including hot wax - and I need space to be able to move around the couch easily.

 

 

Behaviour

If you arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs you will be turned away and you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. The account must be settled before any further bookings can be made.
